What the treatment involves
In IVF, mature eggs are collected and combined with sperm in the laboratory; with ICSI, a single sperm is injected directly into each egg — shown here as fertilisation and early embryo division. A resulting embryo is then transferred to the uterus. IUI is a simpler first-line option, and eggs or embryos can be frozen for later use.

The treatment options
Fertility care ranges from a simple first-line procedure to full IVF with lab fertilisation. These are the treatments we coordinate — the same options in the cost estimator below. Our fee is charged per cycle for treatment, or as a one-time flat fee for egg freezing; more than one cycle is sometimes needed.
Intrauterine insemination — prepared sperm is placed directly into the uterus around ovulation. The simplest, lowest-cost option.
Eggs are collected, fertilised in the lab, and an embryo is transferred. The standard, most common treatment.
IVF with a single sperm injected directly into each egg — used where sperm quality or count is a factor.
Eggs are collected and frozen for the future — a discrete, one-time event rather than a treatment cycle.

Your journey
Fertility treatment is a process with several stages over a few weeks. Here’s the typical path — your clinic tailors it to you, and more than one cycle is sometimes needed.
Remote consultation and baseline tests. The clinic builds your treatment plan and confirms costs before you travel.
Medication stimulates the ovaries to mature multiple eggs, with monitoring scans along the way.
A short procedure under sedation collects the eggs. Sperm is prepared and fertilisation happens in the lab (with ICSI if needed).
Embryos are cultured and monitored over several days; PGT screening can be added at this stage.
A healthy embryo is transferred to the uterus — a quick, gentle procedure. Remaining embryos can be frozen.
A pregnancy test follows about two weeks later. We help coordinate follow-up and any frozen-embryo transfers.
A note on scope. We coordinate IVF, ICSI, IUI, frozen embryo transfer and egg freezing. We do not currently offer donor-gamete programmes or surrogacy, which carry specific legal requirements for international patients under India’s ART Act 2021 and Surrogacy Act 2021.
